Patient 1 — Cosmetic Rhinoplasty
Dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip refinement for improved profile balance. A healthy young woman who liked her face and wanted a nose that matched it: a wide, slightly bulbous tip, a hump on the bridge most visible in profile, and mild difficulty breathing through her nose. Dr. Troell used an open approach — a cephalic strip of tip cartilage with interdomal and infra-tip sutures to refine and support the tip, and the bridge lowered by removing supratip cartilage and rasping the nasal bone.
