Patient Responsibilities

As a patient of Troell Cosmetic Surgery, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and health conditions. You are also responsible for following all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by Dr. Troell and our clinical team. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your surgical outcomes, recovery, and overall safety.

Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and ask that you respect ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or dismissal from the practice. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable but may be applied toward the cost of a scheduled procedure.

Payment & Refund

Payment for surgical procedures is due in full prior to the scheduled surgery date unless a financing arrangement has been established. We accept major credit cards, personal checks, and financing through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. Surgical deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled procedure. Refund requests for other circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website and services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
