A combination case: a facelift and neck lift (rhytidectomy) with submalar implants (Implantech Conform) placed beneath the cheekbones to restore lost midface volume. The before photograph shows the flattened, hollow contour under the malar region and early laxity of the lower face; afterward the midface reads fuller, the cheek contour more continuous, and the jawline and neck cleaner.
