Patient 1 — Facelift & Neck Lift with Submalar Cheek Implants
A combination case: a facelift and neck lift (rhytidectomy) with submalar implants (Implantech Conform) placed beneath the cheekbones to restore lost midface volume. The before photograph shows the flattened, hollow contour under the malar region and early laxity of the lower face; afterward the midface reads fuller, the cheek contour more continuous, and the jawline and neck cleaner. Her front and three-quarter views also appear, as a cross-reference, in the facelift gallery. Individual results vary.

Patient 4 — Cheek Implants
Patient 5 — Submalar Cheek Implants with Upper Blepharoplasty
A combination case: submalar cheek implants placed beneath the cheekbones to restore midface volume, with an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin that had settled over her upper lids. In the before photographs the midface sits flat below the cheekbones and the upper lids read heavy; afterward the cheeks carry more fullness and the eyes open more fully. The eyelid half of the plan is explained on the upper blepharoplasty page. Individual results vary.
Patient 6 — Cheek Implants
Cheek (malar) implants combined with a facelift to restore midface volume, lift the cheeks, and balance the facial profile.
Patient 7 — Cheek Implants
Cheek (malar) implants to add midface projection, lift the cheeks, and restore a youthful facial contour.
